Production & Supply: Develop production plans and arrange production reasonably to ensure market supply. Manage production staff and all corporate production activities in accordance with production requirements, and take responsibility for product quality, cost and delivery schedule.

Objective Implementation: Communicate and implement the company’s policies, objectives and values, coordinate on-site production conditions and promote lean production.

Standardization: Organize the formulation, revision, inspection, supervision and implementation of management systems covering production, equipment, safety inspection, environmental protection, production statistics and operating standards. Optimize production processes to ensure continuous improvement of production and product quality.

EHS: Supervise, control, prevent and implement on-site management, labor protection, environmental protection, peripheral facilities, production equipment and personnel safety.

Equipment Management: Cooperate with the equipment team to maintain and service production line equipment and ensure normal operation of equipment.

Possess systematic understanding and practical experience of modern enterprise production management models, capable of applying them in Tiandong Company.
